We want to eliminate information disparity and information depopulation in Yamanashi Prefecture.

Wintec Communications is an Internet provider with roots in Yamanashi. Wintec provides total ICT support, from network design and construction to Wi-Fi environments and operation and maintenance at its own data centers. Wintec is used by many local customers, including local governments, universities, medical and financial institutions.

Our mission is to expand the possibilities of life and business in Yamanashi through ICT, with the motto of eliminating the digital divide in the region. We contribute to building the foundation of a connected society through the courteous and flexible response that is possible only because we are close to the community.

  • Highly specialized technology developed as an ISP

    Since its establishment in September 1996, we have been involved in the design, construction, and operation of network systems as a regional ISP. High-availability operations and security measures unique to ISPs, We will realize our customers' requests by utilizing our highly specialized and advanced technologies and abundant experience.

  • Tier 3 class in-house data center

    We operate WIN-DC, a data center with top-class availability and reliability in Yamanashi Prefecture, including a seismically isolated building, two power receiving systems, and a power generation facility that can operate continuously for more than 72 hours. We safely take care of our customers' IT systems.

  • Fast and reliable backbone

    WIN-DC is directly connected to domestic IX and major ISPs with a total capacity of 130 Gbps, providing a high-speed and highly reliable access environment, and customers' servers housed at WIN-DC are directly connected to these backbones.

  • Directly connected to the Yamanashi Information Highway

    There is a connection node of the Yamanashi Information Highway in WIN-DC. This makes it easy for local governments to install and operate their own servers in WIN-DC. Virtual server service is also available.
